Source controls
- A dataset must be explicitly authorized before import.
- Source status, retrieval context and import decisions are recorded.
- Registration numbers are used as the primary deduplication key where available.
- Conflicting or unsupported fields are held for review rather than silently merged.
Field-level provenance
Public lawyer records can retain a source URL, retrieval date and confidence assessment for individual fields. Profiles show source and last-checked information where the imported record supports it.
- Professional name and registration information.
- City, bar association and professional status.
- Official firm, website, stated practice areas and professional languages when supplied by the source.
Publication boundaries
The directory publishes restrained professional facts. It does not infer specialisation from a name, generate missing contact information or turn a source category into a performance claim.
